Turning financial complexity
into investor-grade decisions.

CFO, Controlling, and BI expertise. Integrated from day one.

Insight

We identify the levers that actually move your EBITDA and separate them from the noise that fills most management reports.

Vision

We translate strategic goals into financial targets that your organization can actually plan and steer towards, not just report against.

Visibility

We build the dashboards, models, and routines that give management and investors a clear, real-time view of where performance stands and where it's heading.

The discipline, speed, and pragmatism
that high-stakes situations require.

INVIZIO's founding team spent years inside the same PE-backed company. Leading finance. Running controlling and reporting. Building the data and BI backbone. We know where the handoffs break. Because we've worked through them firsthand.

Aligned on day one

Most advisors spend the first weeks aligning internally. We spend them delivering results. The CFO, controlling, and BI perspectives come fully aligned from day one.

Senior delivery, no layers

Every engagement is scoped, led, and delivered by senior practitioners. The people who scope the work are the people who do it. Start to finish. No junior-heavy delivery layer.

Designed for use, not for show

Every model, every dashboard, every routine: built to be used daily, not to be presented quarterly. We stay until the tools work in your team's hands and the next steering cycle runs without us.

We've been on your side of the table

Before founding INVIZIO, we ran finance under PE ownership. Covenants, board pressure, investor reporting cycles. We don't have to learn these for your engagement. They are the conditions that shaped our careers.

Three capabilities.
One integrated finance perspective.

The situations below are the ones we know best. Not from textbooks, but from having worked inside them.

Situation 01

The board asks why EBITDA missed. Finance spends a week building the answer. And it still gets questioned.

When the numbers take days to produce and still don't hold up to scrutiny, confidence erodes. In finance, and in the room.

Situation 02

Monthly reporting tells you what happened last month. Nobody in the room knows what to do differently next month.

Reporting that describes the past without enabling action isn't steering. It's history.

Situation 03

The budget took six weeks to build. By February it's already wrong. And the forecast isn't much better.

When planning consumes the team for weeks and the output loses credibility within the first quarter, something in the process is fundamentally broken.

Situation 04

You only know the cash position after a call to accounting. Covenant headroom is anyone's guess. By the time the investor asks, the answer is days late.

Liquidity problems rarely arrive overnight. They build up quietly until someone asks a question you can't answer with confidence.

This is what we do about it.

01

Strategic Financial Steering & Value Creation

We build the planning and scenario models, KPI frameworks, cash visibility, and investor reporting that PE-backed leadership teams use to steer financial performance.

  • Value-driver frameworks and performance logic
  • KPI systems aligned with strategic and investor priorities
  • Scenario-based planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Liquidity planning and cash flow steering
  • Board and investor reporting structures
  • Performance review routines and accountability rhythms
Management and investors work from the same numbers, forecasts hold up to scrutiny, and the next board meeting starts from a position of clarity rather than damage control.

02

Financial Operations & Controlling Design

We rebuild the forecasting cycles, month-end close, accounting integration, and reporting processes that finance teams use to produce reliable numbers on time, every month.

  • Budgeting, forecasting cycles, and rolling reforecasts
  • Month-end close and performance review routines
  • Accounting and controlling integration
  • Process standardization and governance structures
  • Operational reporting rhythms and KPI implementation
  • Training and operational enablement for finance teams
Month-end closes on time, numbers don't get questioned, and finance stops being the bottleneck between results and decisions.

03

Data & BI Enablement

We build the data models, automated dashboards, data pipelines, and governance standards that deliver a single source of truth to management and investors on demand.

  • Integrated financial data models and system connections
  • Management and investor dashboards in Power BI
  • Automated reporting workflows and refresh cycles
  • KPI calculation logic and metric ownership
  • Data governance and documentation standards
  • Internal enablement and handover plans
A single source of truth, available to the people who need it, without a team spending three days in Excel to produce it.

Join INVIZIO.

We are not looking for people who want to spend their days producing presentations. We are looking for finance professionals who want to be close to the problem, own the work, and see the impact directly.

If that sounds like you, we should talk.
